SHIPPING POLICY - PRAISED WEAR

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Belgian public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

During high-demand periods such as sales, new drops, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any significant delays through our website or via email.

Domestic Shipping (Belgium)

We ship within Belgium via bpost. Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days from the date of dispatch.

Standard shipping via bpost costs €4.95 and takes 2 to 4 business days. Orders over €75 qualify for free standard shipping.

International Shipping (Europe & Worldwide)

We ship internationally via bpost, DHL, or UPS depending on the destination.

Shipping to the Netherlands, France, Germany, and Luxembourg costs €8.95 and takes 3 to 5 business days. Shipping to the rest of the EU costs €12.95 and takes 5 to 8 business days. Shipping outside the EU, including the UK and USA, starts from €16.95 and takes 7 to 14 business days.

Please note that for orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

For shipments to the United States, please be aware that import duties apply to all shipments regardless of value.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your delivery on the carrier's website. Praised Wear is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we are unable to ship to certain countries or regions due to carrier restrictions. If your country is not available at checkout, unfortunately we cannot process your order to that destination.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [your contact email] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and your local bpost or carrier depot. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Belgian consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, notify us within this 14-day period by emailing [your contact email] with your name, order number, and a clear statement of your intention to withdraw. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Unless stated otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will process your refund, including your original standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever comes first. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalised items, or to items that have been worn, washed, or had their tags removed.

Legal Guarantee

As required by Belgian and EU law, all products sold by Praised Wear carry a 2-year legal guarantee covering manufacturing defects and non-conformity. This is separate from the right of withdrawal. If you believe your item has a defect, please contact us at praisedwear@gmail.com.
